The second of the three George Harrison songs on the revolver album, the Love you to song was specifically written for the Sitar.

Interestingly the lyrics love you to do not actually appear on the song, and the original working title for the song was Granny Smith – after the apple brand.

He is joined on the song by Anil bhagwat on the Tabla, none of the other Beatles were present on the recording.
